Project Coordinator

Project Coordinators are responsible for the successful management of Interior Design projects. Responsibilities include facilitating contract management, project scope execution, coordination with the client, internal team coordination, and outside consultant coordination through pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, and project closeout.

The Project Coordinator will have the ability and experience to:

  • Work directly with the client in a key project oversight role.
  • Work with client, architect, and construction team to generate schedules that align with project scope execution.
  • Work with the internal design team in developing presentations, renderings, drawings, and specifications per the schedule of deliverables.
  • Generate all aspects of construction documents including complete drawing packages to include, elevations, details, millwork details, plumbing fixture schedules, and material references in AutoCAD. Revit experience preferred but not required.
  • Submit to hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG) per brand submission guidelines.
  • Review and adhere to contracts, budgets and schedules.
  • Review shop drawings and manage RFIs from contractor.
  • Review projects on site before and during construction.

3-5+ years of experience managing hospitality interiors recommended.
